Robert Royal is the Founder and President of the Faith and Reason Institute in Washington D.C. and is Editor-in-Chief of The Catholic Thing. He has authored many books including: 1492 and All That: Political Manipulations of History, The Virgin and the Dynamo: The Use and Abuse of Religion in Environmental Debates and That God Did Not Fail: How Religion Built and Sustains the West. He is a contributor to the Claremont Review of Books.
