John Marini is a Senior Fellow of the Claremont Institute and professor of political science at the University of Nevada-Reno. He received a White House appointment in the Reagan Administration to work as a special assistant to the chairman of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. His latest book is Unmasking the Administrative State: The Crisis of American Politics in the Twenty-First Century.
