Author: Henry I. Miller and Tom Hafer

Henry I. Miller and Tom Hafer were undergraduates together at MIT. Tom Hafer developed systems for neutralizing rockets and drones. He currently coaches teenage robotics teams. Henry I. Miller, a physician and molecular biologist, was a Research Associate at the NIH and a Consulting Professor at Stanford University’s Institute for International Studies.
