Dr. John C. Eastman is Founding Director of the Claremont Institute’s Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence, and currently serves as the Henry Salvatori Professor of Law & Community Service at Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law. He is also a Senior Fellow of the Claremont Institute.
Dr. John C. Eastman is joined by J. Christian Adams and Professor Anthony T. Caso to discuss the Husted v. A. Philip Randolph Institute case as well as the Encino Motorcars, LLC v. Navarro case.
In Texas v. United States, Texas is joined by 25 other states fighting against the recent executive action to grant deferred deportation status to 4 million illegal immigrants. In Frank v.
