Dr. John C. Eastman is joined by Ilya Shapiro, Dr. David Upham, and Kelly Shackelford to discuss the Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission case as well as address the Chris Christie v. NCAA case.

Dr. John C. Eastman is Founding Director of the Claremont Institute’s Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence, and currently serves as the Henry Salvatori Professor of Law & Community Service at Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law. He is also a Senior Fellow of the Claremont Institute.

Ilya Shapiro is a senior fellow in constitutional studies at the Cato Institute and editor-in-chief of the Cato Supreme Court Review.

Dr. David Upham is the Director of Legal Students and Associate Professor at the University of Dallas.

Kelly Shackelford is the President and CEO of First Liberty Institute.
