Before the Court: Religious Liberty and A New Justice

Dr. John C. Eastman is Founding Director of the Claremont Institute’s Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence, and currently serves as the Henry Salvatori Professor of Law & Community Service at Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law. He is also a Senior Fellow of the Claremont Institute.

JOSEPH TARTAKOVSKY is the James Wilson Fellow in Constitutional Law at the Claremont Institute for the Study of Statesmanship and Political Philosophy and a contributing editor at the Claremont Review of Books. He is the author of The Lives of the Constitution: Ten Exceptional Minds that Shaped America’s Supreme Law(Encounter Books).

Professor Anthony T. Caso is the Professor Caso is the Director of our Constitutional Jurisprudence Clinic at Chapman University’s Fowler School of Law.
