Before the Court: Immigration and Partisan Gerrymandering

Dr. John C. Eastman is joined by Andrew McCarthy and J. Christian Adams discuss the Jennings v. Rodriquez case as well as Sessions v. Dimaya. There will also be an update on the Trump v. Dr. John C. Eastman is Founding Director of the Claremont Institute’s Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence, and currently serves as the Henry Salvatori Professor of Law & Community Service at Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law. He is also a Senior Fellow of the Claremont Institute.

Andrew C. McCarthy is a senior fellow at the National Review Institute and a contributing editor at National Review.

J. Christian Adams is the General Counsel for the Public Interest Legal Foundation and member of the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity.
