Administrative Tyranny: Will the Court Reign in the Out of Control Bureaucracy?

Dr. Eastman is joined by Professor Anthony Caso and Karen R. Harned to discuss two cases recently argued before the U.S. Supreme Court that address the power and authority of the federal bureaucracy. At the core of each of these cases we debate what power is granted by the people to the entities involved and the limits of that power.

Dr. John C. Eastman is Founding Director of the Claremont Institute’s Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence, and currently serves as the Henry Salvatori Professor of Law & Community Service at Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law. He is also a Senior Fellow of the Claremont Institute.
